Symposium participation rules
Papers must be original and must not have been published previously in any venue.
The abstract must be a single paragraph of 250–300 words.
The full text must be 4,000–8,000 words and consistently use one of the ISNAD 2nd Edition, APA or Chicago citation systems.
Papers will undergo preliminary scientific review before publication.
The final, complete paper must be submitted by 1 March 2027. Papers whose full texts are not received by this deadline will not be included in the symposium programme.
Each presentation is limited to 15 minutes. Presentations are planned primarily in person; hybrid participation may be used where necessary.
Papers may be written in Turkish, Arabic or English.
There is no participation fee. Participants cover their travel expenses; the symposium organising committee covers accommodation. Meals will also be provided for academics whose papers are accepted.
Papers presented at the symposium will be published as book chapters in 2027 by a publishing house with international publisher status.
